The Power of Positive Affirmations

Imagine someone saying to you, "You are unlovable," "You are dumb," "You always make mistakes." Now, imagine if your children were saying those things to themselves: "I am unlovable," "I am dumb," "I always make mistakes." It’s painful, isn't it?

The reality is, we often are our own biggest critic. What we say to ourselves matters, deeply. Children's inner dialogue impacts their self-esteem, self-worth, and identity.

The good part? We can change our inner dialogue. Do you want your child to be their own biggest critic, or do you want them to be their own best friend and biggest cheerleader?

💥Positive Affirmations are short, uplifting statements that nurture this inner dialogue focusing on our strengths, building confidence, and fostering a positive mindset.

I'm thrilled to introduce my new Positive Affirmation Coloring Book for kids! 🎨 🧠 This project is very close to my heart, as it combines the joy of coloring with the power of positive affirmations to help boost self-esteem, self-worth, and identity in young minds.

This coloring book is filled with 26 empowering affirmations, "I am brave," "I am kind," "I am loved," accompanied by adorable animal illustrations. Each page is designed to help children build a positive inner dialogue and foster their self-esteem, self-worth, and identity. By integrating these affirmations into a fun and creative activity, children can absorb these positive messages more deeply and consistently. The coloring book also includes a 2-page parent guide on how to use positive affirmations with kids in daily life.

Benefits of Positive Affirmation for Kids:

🌈 Boosts self-esteem

🌈 Reduces anxiety and stress

🌈 Encourages a growth mindset

🌈 Enhances emotional well-being

To celebrate the launch, I am offering this coloring book for FREE until the end of July! 🎉 Email me at therapybynicky@gmail.com to get your copy and help a child in your life start their journey towards positive self-talk and resilience.
